The love & care by Yin for my elderly Dad, and patience in working through his dementia is a credit to her professional, high standards.
Took my mum for a hearing test and Yin Chen is so caring, professional and knowledgeable audiologist . She did a full on testing and provided professional advice to my mum . Very kind of her to take her time to explain to us n making sure we understand the whole testing process regarding her hearing condition n provided solutions too . Brought my dad for a hearing test. Yin is a highly professional audiologist, and following testing, provided expert advice on the next steps. Staff were exceptional too! I would highly recommend Rowville Hearing.
I attended Rowville hearing to have custom made sleep ear plugs made. Yin was great, and explained the process really well. I’ve been really happy with the ear plugs - they’re really effective at blocking out noise and helping me sleep. Would recommend!
