Was referred to Adam by a friend. Got a full assessment and Adam diagnosed the issue and explained the likely causes which made sense. Didn’t ask to book me into an ongoing management plan or anything, just said to come back in a month if no improvement. I really appreciated his thoroughness and also was looking at the issue from a different angle compared to previous appts I’d had with massage, acupuncture, chiro, physio etc
