Was referred to Adam by a friend. Got a full assessment and Adam diagnosed the issue and explained the likely causes which made sense. Didn’t ask to book me into an ongoing management plan or anything, just said to come back in a month if no improvement. I really appreciated his thoroughness and also was looking at the issue from a different angle compared to previous appts I’d had with massage, acupuncture, chiro, physio etc
Dr Adam is a very professional & thorough practitioner. He takes time to assess your problems in a caring & empathetic manner before deciding on the course of treatment most suited to your particular condition. I would recommend him to anyone with back & shoulder pain.

I went to Adam with an excruciatingly painful pinched nerve in my neck, and after a very thorough initial examination he carried out a few adjustments to my neck which immediately relieved the pain. If I could give him 10 stars I would, thanks Adam ! 😊
