I had broken a tooth and needed a dentist to look at it quickly. I'm a paraplegic and confined to an electric wheelchair and they were the only dentist in the area that would work on me in the chair. The office staff was extremely helpful, got me in the following day, and even cleaned the ice off the ramp for my arrival. Although they couldn't save the tooth (broke below the gum line) they explained my options to me and referred me to an excellent oral surgeon for a post.
Wonderful experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. Everything was very timely — I was seen right on schedule without long waits. The team is also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommend!
The best dental office in the North Shore
There is no option to choose no stars. We have been at Rowley Family Dental since we moved to Rowley maybe 6 years ago. Although in the beginning they were decent to visit (like MOST practices should) they slowly but surely showed their true colors. Yes, my husband works and travelled quite a bit for work. And yes we were reminded of upcoming appointments and no at times he could not make an appt because he was out of town. Staff was super friendly and welcomed me and made me feel special. Plenty of parking, easy to find Building. The inside was a little dated but that didn’t bother me because everyone there was so laid-back and friendly. I was very impressed with the amount of detail that went into my first time appointment and cleaning. I love the museum like display in the waiting room with old-fashioned dental chair and equipment.
