I like Rowley, but as a long-time customer I can safely say that there has been little improvement at the company since I first started doing business with them. They have a fantastic product line, good prices and shipping is handled quickly. Customer service is hit-and-miss. Sometimes great, other times not so great, depending on who you speak with.
