I have been buying from Rowley since 1999, and they have always done a stellar job with all of my orders. I especially love their Roller Shade Program, Elements. I like Rowley, but as a long-time customer I can safely say that there has been little improvement at the company since I first started doing business with them. They have a fantastic product line, good prices and shipping is handled quickly. Customer service is hit-and-miss. Sometimes great, other times not so great, depending on who you speak with.
