The staff is friendly, helpful and understanding. I'm so glad that, after 8 years of suffering miserable pain, I was referred to this place. There's light at the end of the tunnel!

worst experience in Wa. I don’t recommend if u have another choice. My family member didn’t and bad bad things happen to her. The CNAs need severe training from lifting people so they don’t drop them or assistance when light is pushed not over 20 min later when u don’t have another option to move but by assistance. Unbelievable how rude and incompetent they are.
Horrible 5 hours total for a dislocated shoulder to be seen call an ambulance DO NOT COME HERE!

Since the hospital closed this hospital really sucks. Been waiting 2 hours to just been seen. Since they are the only hospital in Yakima. The upper management and who ever is in charge should have made accommodations for the influx of people.
