My Husband saw the Doctor 8 days ago, because He had suffered a stroke...We called the office today for any kind of communication!!!... This stroke is SERIOUS and nobody at that office is in any kind of a hurry! They asked over the phone, for my Husband's insurance information. I told them to look in the computer system, it's all on my Husband's paperwork, because I personally wrote all the information on His paperwork. The staff is great, however the wait time is ridiculous. Sat for over an hour and a half for a 5 minute consultation. Another dr was out, teledoc apts, nurses apologizing for short staff.. hire people...and keep them happy so they don't leave. The turn over here is real. Jessica at the front is amazing, but hire someone to help her up there. She is trying to help a person with the phone ringing and people standing in line to get checked in at the same time. Kathy is amazing. She is very kind, caring, and always takes the time to truly listen to her patients. Her experience and knowledge helped get to the root of my problem so I could receive the best treatment possible. She explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and cared for.
