Max is very deceitful. The $10,000,000 project was a disaster and the stucco leaks, the warranty they promised does not exist, they left the project in a state where we had to do added work to make it safe. We are spending over $1, Million to correct the stucco. Please do not do business with Rowland Construction. They are poorly managed. Also any change orders BEWARE, they mark those up outrageously.
