They repaired extensive damage from a deer hit to our Colorado. The repair and refinish work they performed was way beyond my expectations.
Sadly, after having to take my car back twice after a lot of paint work my car still has defects. I gave up and told the owner while I appreciated their efforts to keep trying to get it right I couldn't keep giving them my car and I wanted to take it elsewhere and expected a refund for the portions that weren't right. Their response is that I'm making it up, I can't be satisfied, and that "no chance" of getting a refund b/c they are in the hole from having to do the work over and over again.
