5 appointments so far, 2 no shows, and still, 2 weeks later, the AC they installed 7 months ago is not working. They keep sending incompetent technicians, today's left all the seams on the torn up and (not cold) air blowing out the side of the unit in the closet, nothing out my vents. This company used to be fine, but became total garbage when they merged. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! - Matt & Elizabeth in Winnetka
Khristian was great!! He was very knowledgeable, very professional, and was patient with all my questions. Fixed my problem and did everything he said he was going to do. Cleaned everything up too. Very glad I called Rowland Air conditioning.
Joaquin came and checked our system. He was thorough and explained everything about our system to us. We will use Rowland again.
Called for emergency service and no one contacted us.
