Outdated equipment that ends up costing you more and I have to go someplace else. Time to update.
Great shop and amazing service! Recently ordered a print order from another shop and it showed up incomplete and we contacted Donna at Rowe's. They corrected the other shop's mistake and had it all done in less than 24 hours. Thrilled with the service and we will be back.
I am only giving two stars because I would like to believe the customer service I was given was not the norm, as my family and I have used their services for many many years. Today I called to inquire about getting prints done for my wedding which is the first weekend in October. I was greeted by the rudest woman who couldn’t stand to give me the time of day. Rowe came in clutch with a last second print order before court! With everything going on the morning of, forgot my wallet and they were kind enough and trusting enough to allow me to bring the money back after getting it from home after court! Outstanding quality of the printing along with home grown quality of business! Thank you all so much and I'll be sure to recommend to everyone who may ask!
