Quick response and fair price Just when I thought the horrible noise my 8-year old washing machine was making meant its demise (two days prior to guest arriving) it was saved by Robert Rowe. Believe it or not, he arrived the same day I called, made a diagnosis, ordered a part and was back the next day to install it...all for just one "service call fee" plus the part and minimal labor time. Two years later, the machine is still working...with no wierd noises...what more can I say!
