My appointment was at 12:30, I was told to be there at 12:15. I waited for an hour to be seen. Also I was told and specifically asked when I made the appointment if I needed the data sheet and was told no. So when I was seen I was then told I did need the data sheet. I felt wry rushed through the appointment. Spoke to the dr given my options. I said I would call to make arrangements after speaking to my husband. Because of my first experience there I need to wonder if this is the best option.

I had a great visit Dr. Rowena she gets 10 out of 5 stars I loved her. But her administrative check-in staff or office manager (if they have one) gets -10 stars. They were horrible. They left me in a room for 40 minutes without coming to tell me when she might be coming in. Prior to that, my appointment was at 2 PM and I got there at 1:50 and the woman at the desk said to sign in and sit down. But when I looked around the room I noticed there was a bunch of angry people in the waiting room. I had to ask her how long the wait... read more
