Mike took such great care of my grandmother today who was having AC issues. He was able to come out quickly (about an hour!) diagnose the problem and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. He didn’t break the bank, was polite and respectful. Thank you for taking care of that for her in such a great way!
If you’re looking for an HVAC company that stands behind their work, Rowell & Family HVAC is NOT the one you want to call. Last fall, Mike (owner) installed a new American Standard gas furnace and an outdoor dual fuel heat pump condenser in our 2 story 2000+ sq ft house. He did a nice job so we thought and it heated the house nicely but this summer it wasn’t cooling the house properly. Had a leaking fitting coming out of my boiler, called on a Friday morning and by Friday night it was fixed. Great, fast,clean, and affordable. Will 100% use them again.
Highly recommend! They are reasonably priced and easy to schedule and work with. For the few emergencies I had they were able to get out and get my problems fixed fast. Thanks!
