The process of purchasing/ installation of a stand by generator was smooth from the initial visit with the Rowell salesperson including the coordination with the gas and power companies to the completion of the project. The follow-up maintenance program and any questions we had in between or always quickly addressed. Well worth it!
Absolutely incredible company in every way! 6 years ago when we bought our house we inherited a Generac whole home generator that had been installed by Rowell and they have taken great care of us since. Everyone, from the people on the phone to the techs who come out, is always so nice and helpful. Our Generac Generator project went flawlessly. From the initial visit by the Sales Engineer, to the installation by the Technician's Team, to the final billing by the Office Staff, Rowell Electric has been unusually easy to work with. Everyone is very professional and their attention to detail is much appreciated.
There was a big gap in communications regarding my project - both while waiting for the project to begin and also during the installation. Work performed was not completely in line with the scope discussed during the quote process and as a result I have a section of brick walkway that I will now need to find someone to come and conduct proper repairs. The installation itself is well done and I have no issues other than that noted above.
