Our Generac Generator project went flawlessly. From the initial visit by the Sales Engineer, to the installation by the Technician's Team, to the final billing by the Office Staff, Rowell Electric has been unusually easy to work with. Everyone is very professional and their attention to detail is much appreciated.
There was a big gap in communications regarding my project - both while waiting for the project to begin and also during the installation. Work performed was not completely in line with the scope discussed during the quote process and as a result I have a section of brick walkway that I will now need to find someone to come and conduct proper repairs. The installation itself is well done and I have no issues other than that noted above.
After Hurricane Helene, we realized the importance of protecting our investments. Calling Rowell Electric to install a Generac whole house system was the best decision we could have made. A company with honesty, integrity and punctuality is hard to find, but they hit all three of these. Would definitely recommend.
