If there is an option to rate them 0/5 i would. Absolutely disgusted by the front desk’s attitude. Not only did they double booked my timeslot. The doc wasn’t even there 15mins past my appointment time. Just because you are a bulk billing practice, doesnt give you the right to treat people like garbage and act as ill mannered as you did. Learn some manners and respect.
Absolutely ridiculous service , they never pick up calls. The doctor does not call for appointments. You need to keep following up for a simple blood report. Worst management. Worst customer service.
Although we need to wait for some time, it is completely understandable, because Dr. Zhou is very attentive and never grows impatient. This is exactly why patients are willing to see her and wait.
Doctors are always in a rush. After reading my abnormal blood test result, my GP here explicitly refused to prescribe CT (said it’s not necessary) or cancer marker (said it’s not a cancer screening method in Australia), only prescribed ultrasound. I was worried about the rapid blood test change, and confused by the GP’s refusal after being rushed out here, so I went to a different facility the next day and they prescribed for CT.
