This was a very good experience since I just moved from overseas. i misdated my oppointment date on my calendar. So I went to see my dr a day before. When the front desk staff learned that I has traveled for 1 hour from Parramatta to the Clinic, they contact the Dr Wu and I only waited for 20 minutes then I was seen by Dr Wu. I have been seeing Dr. Berlinda Zhou for 20 years. I visited today for a routine check and she was very gentle and thorough as always. She also did additional checks without me even asking, which I really appreciated. There can be a bit of wait, but it’s completely understandable. She takes time with each patient, just like she does with me. I’m very grateful to have her as my GP.
Doctors are always in a rush. My specialist said GP didn’t help with prescribing necessary tests. Customer Service staffs are in general good with time/appointment management.
