I was on my way to Kincardine from Ajax when about half way my car began to miss badly. I called two repair shops who couldn't help, too busy. One suggested I call Rowe. Ryan kindly offered to help. I made it to Rowe explained the problem thinking it might be a coil. It was diagnosed misfiring on cylinder four. Turns out it was not the coil a $200 part but the spark plug a $35 part. Chris was fast , efficient and very professional. Had my rv hooked up and on its way in record time. Him and Ethan kept us entertained with his stories the whole 3 hours home. Big thank you to Chris at Rowe Motors!
My transmission died on my RV near Listowel leaving me stranded and stressed. Chris showed up quickly and expertly towed me back home. He was kind, funny and friendly but most importantly very knowledgeable about towing big rigs safely. Great experience.
