If Customer Service had a definition it would be Rowe Motors!! My sister and I were recently in Kincardine visiting family when her car developed a flat tire the day before we were planning to return to Ottawa. After having the spare installed by CAA (wonderful service) we went to Rowe Motor in the hopes that they might be able to repair the flat tire. I used Rowe towing this evening and the gentleman that came out to the Dollarama in Kincardine and got me up and running was fantastic. He was fast, knowledgeable and very helpful in a stressful moment. Highly recommend this company.
Was stranded after a flat tire and Mark came. He was extremely professional and very personal. I had arranged a tow through a service but Mark stopped to check on others and offer assistance. He truly went above-and-beyond! Thank you!
