I paid Rowe Ford to fix a starting problem in my F350. I told them I had recently paid another Ford dealer to replace the fuel filters. Rowe Ford told me my batteries needed replacement even though I had check them both before taking the truck in and both were holding a charge. Rowe Ford replaced the batteries without my permission. When I picked up the truck it was cold and the truck would not start until we put a booster on it. I broke down again soon after.
