Appointment for assessment related to Customer Satisfaction Program 23B56-front door arm reinforcement welds on my 2022 Ford Escape. I was directed to Parts Dept. where it was taken quickly as I arrived. Fortunately assessment result was that only the weld needed replacement and I was given the option of having it done right then!! I was told the total time there would be close to one hour to include paper work r/t to 23B56. Had vehicle towed to the service center on Tuesday. Have heard NOTHING regarding what needs to be done or what the issue is two days later. A status report within 24 hours of receiving the vehicle would have been nice. Can’t recommend at this point in time. Now it’s been a week. Still nothing. We went to the dealership on the weekend just to confirm that the vehicle was actually there (it was). This is unacceptable service. They can’t answer the phone nor return calls.
