Nick in service was great! He communicated clearly and got my vehicle in right away. The service tech created a video showing me exactly what the issue was and got it repaired quickly

I have used Rowe multiple times. Always a good experience, My recent visit was a good experience with Earl Sales Consultant. However, my experience with sales manage Danielle was not good at all, she was not professional, not flexible, and not working in the best interest of Ford. Please use another sales manager, if buying from Rowe.
Appointment for assessment related to Customer Satisfaction Program 23B56-front door arm reinforcement welds on my 2022 Ford Escape. I was directed to Parts Dept. where it was taken quickly as I arrived. Fortunately assessment result was that only the weld needed replacement and I was given the option of having it done right then!! I was told the total time there would be close to one hour to include paper work r/t to 23B56.
