I’m a very hard customer to please and they did an amazing job start to finish. I brought them some parts from my new truck to be painted and they did an absolutely perfect job. Brenson went above and beyond estimating the job and keeping in contact everyday. Tim the painter is extremely talented, the parts came out 110% perfect. Thank you again, this is the second job I’ve had done that has come out above my expectations!
Edited in June 2024: After years of back and forth with my insurance (who assured me they were in contact with Rowe's management) my claim to have the damages, that Rowe caused, repaired was denied because they state "all of these damages were present on the car prior to intake and therefore are not covered to be repaired". This includes damages made to panels that Rowe themselves painted and then scratched. go figure... The collision department made errors in repairing my car. The one week repair turned into three weeks. When I questioned the quality of the repair, I was treated with such disrespect, I will never use this business again.
