I cannot recommend this gym enough!! This place has kickstarted my health journey and I actually look forward to going to the gym now. They have classes with people of ALL ages and fitness levels, everyone who goes there is kind and welcoming. The owners/trainers at Rowe really care and want to help you on your fitness journey. Also if you don’t like classes the gym is open 24/7 so you can come whenever. There is usually a workout written on the whiteboard so you can follow that on your own if you need a set workout plan.

I went here for around 4 months and it was a great spot! Private for the most part with common smith workouts that do great. Dumbbells go up to 100lbs and there’s everything you'd need for a solid workout.
