Receptionist has horrible manners. Would not recommend to anyone.
Had the worst experience with this dentist today my 5 year old had a appointment and we were coming from 2hrs away and on our way into Fredericton we missed the exit which made us 12 mins late we get there and we register and everything is fine we wait till 1:23 and they come and say they canceled his appointment and said it was because they now don’t have enough time. I have high anxiety from childhood dental trauma. Dr. Rowe and his staff fully understood and validated my fears. They gave me the time I needed to prepare for my procedure and worked with me through it from beginning to end. I walked away feeling so much better and pain free! I would highly recommend Rowe Dental Clinic to anyone who has anxiety and fear that prevents proper dental care.
The best visit to the dentist of my life, they removed a tooth and they were very kind and with very little pain. All very well.
