Dave Rowe and his team did a great job with our partial bathroom renovation and new kitchen floor leveling/installation in our historic home. We are very pleased with the care he and his team took to unearth/discover antique original flooring in the kitchen. While they ultimately had to carefully cover those boards again because of their fragility, we appreciate his team’s skill and care in this process. Shout-out to Dave and his crew who performed a series of renovations on our home before the pandemic. Didn't seem like a wise use of funds at the time, but we wanted certain features that fit our culture and lifestyle, and now looking back from 2024, so glad we did. It's a messy costly affair, but Dave's group was clean, organized, and stayed on top of things til the end.
