Complete waste of my time. The first time I went, they lost my locking lug nut key and have since tried to make me purchase a new one each time I went. This most recent time they had finished service on my vehicle and left my key on the counter for well over 20 minutes, necessitating that I go to the counter and demand to pay in order to leave. I had to cancel an important appointment because of their inability to manage their customers properly. I will not be going back.
Shift cable bushing installation- I had a recall on my 2015 Ford fusion and they were so helpful at the service center and they have outstanding customer service.
Sent my car in because anything and everything electrical was quoting on me id fix one thing and another would go bad. Sent it in too have them find out what's causing all this havoc with my electrical system. They hady car for a week before I got a loaner, I then got into an accident on their loaner in a snow storm and they refused to do any work on my car until the towing company returned their loaner, which they now all of a sudden called a rental leaving my insurance to foot the bill instead of theirs.
