I had Brad install a DCR pump on my Ford F-350 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, honest, and extremely detail-oriented. I would highly recommend these guys with blown head, gaskets it was a large expense. I took the time to visit a shop and to meet the owner and the workers involved. They were all extremely pleasant. The owner took the time to diagnose my problem and explain it in terms that I can understand it. The invoicing was prompt. No one is happy about having to spend money on an auto repair, me included. That said Brad at Rowdy Automotive made it as painless as possible. He was faster and a better price than the other options I spoke to at the same time. Faster by a week and any time being short a car for the household is serious business 😂🤣 So I’d go back in a heartbeat. Though I hope I don’t need to for a very long time. It’s now three weeks after the work and nothing is creeping back up.

I recently bought a 2015 F-250 with high mileage. I was looking for some guidance on how to maximize the lifespan of a well maintained but 11 year old truck. Brad did a great job on my Ford Fusion. He was honest, fast, fairly priced, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me. As a young female it’s hard to find reliable and honest mechanics but Brad completely earned my trust. I definitely trust him and recommend him to others.
