Don’t really like the front desk energy…
RowdyBox has become one of my favorite ways to switch up my workout routine. I try to go once a week, and every time I leave feeling stronger, more energized, and mentally reset. The atmosphere is super motivating, with pumped up music (even with a DJ sometimes!), and just the right kind of intensity to push you without feeling overwhelming. RowdyBox is a great workout! High energy coaches who keep you motivated and help you improve with every class. I had never boxed before so safe to say I was a bit nervous but I was welcomed in with open arms and I'm always excited for my next class!
Pro: Clean, good vibe from instructor Con: The cancellation policy is rigid. You lose a credit if you cancel a class within 24 hours. On the flip side, the gym often cancels small group training sessions themselves. You also have to finish the class within a set timeframe
