Great place for a workout, no judgement, lots of fun. Learn some boxing skills as well. Clean facilities, good music, and fun community.
LOVE the mix of boxing and weight lifting. The instructors are so welcoming and encouraging.

RowdyBox has become one of my favorite ways to switch up my workout routine. I try to go once a week, and every time I leave feeling stronger, more energized, and mentally reset. The atmosphere is super motivating, with pumped up music (even with a DJ sometimes!), and just the right kind of intensity to push you without feeling overwhelming.
