Was hooked after my first class. Supportive environment, clear instructions and a killer work out to add to this runners routine! Also pretty reasonably priced compared to other boutique studios in the area
Wow what an amazing first class at RowdyBox! From the second we walked in, the staff at check-in were so kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. And Coach Anissa? Absolutely incredible! She brought so much energy and made sure we had the best introduction to class. The community here is just as awesome. After class, other members came up to congratulate us on our first workout and made us feel like part of the crew already. Rowdybox does a great job combining floor training with weights and resistance bands, and boxing rounds on a water filled bag. There are 10 rounds total and you switch between the floor and the bag. I really enjoy how the class is structured and the amenities of the facility are well done too!
I absolutely love Rowdy Box. I started only a month ago, and I feel so much more confident and happy about working out! It is such a welcoming and fun environment. The instructors are so supportive and encouraging. Music always is top tier, I love the pacing of the classes, and the facility is clean and well maintained. I am so excited to keep going with my Rowdy Box journey!
