Sr. Miller gave me a change in prescription which was the best thing that happened to me.
Just phoned for a doctors appointment told be better to go to minor injuries clinic at Chippenham Hospital. Receptionist would not give her name. Even after nurse at Rowden had recommended a face to face with the doctor. Are the receptionist's medically qualified that they can override the nurse's opinion.
I've been able to get appointments relatively quickly (and very quickly when urgent) and have been treated with courtesy and respect.
