First and last time there ever! We were asked to make an appointment and come back which I was fine with. Came back at our schedule time only to wait almost a whole dam hour! The associate should of took care of my daughter first before her friends cuz they obviously didn't make an appointment. They showed up 10 minutes after we got there, then thats when I was asked to schedule an appointment and come back. Please dont apologize either, because like I said that was our first and last time there.
Mary was amazing. She educated me on my piercing and what to expect. Basically no pain at all! Great experience!
I love this place. Everyone was friendly and helpful you can tell they really care about the client they are assisting. The place is very clean. I highly recommend them.
Glad I took my daughters to get their ears pierced here! Ones 6yo and the other is 4yo. Both did great!!
