The experience was pleasant and quick. I really liked that they gave a pamphlet on how to take care of the piercing and scheduled a follow-up after 4 weeks to make sure everything is healing properly.
We came in because my daughter had one of her holes close up after an infection. Brianna was amazing. She made my daughter feel comfortable and easily repierced her ear. And she was so great, my sister found the courage to get a third piercing in each ear. 10/10, will definitely come back for earrings and more piercings.
