I am not one to write reviews but hopefully this helps someone else heal properly and not get roped into spending more $! My double helix was pierced w/ a chain earring that has made healing difficult and painful (so much snagging) so 6 months later when I go to swap out jewelry that will allow it to heal, the piercer was in disbelief that someone at Rowan had pierced me with this type of earring. The service here was great, I liked the receptionist and the piercer. This review is not about the service but rather about the Rowan pricing model. The pricing model feels really extreme, nearly scam like. To get two simple lobe needle piercings cost $250: $70 to be pierced ($35 each side) AND $136 for the initial piercing studs (these were the cheapest they had on offer), which they price per stud for and $20 for cleaning spray plus tax. Nurse Steven is the BEST! He pierced my 5 month old baby girls ears with care and professionalism. We enjoyed and appreciate the service, care and information provided by Nurse Steven and your staff. Thank you sooo much! The experience was a pleasant memory for our family. I def recommend this place for any parents who are getting thier kids/babys 1st piercing and want it done right. Or anyone that wants a clean and professional piercing done right. Rowan is the placs to go!
Was a very great experience with my 2 month old. Establishment was clean. Staff professional and helpful. Time was taking to find placement with care and patience. My daughter’s piercing was done fast and well. Would recommend to anyone.
