The staff were wonderful...The nurse was kind and so gentle with my grand daughter she didn't feel d thing she was so busy chatting with the nurse.
This place is definitely a good to to get your ear pierced. My piercer Keeshia was so nice and was up to answer any of my questions. We did the machine piercing and I almost didn't feel it. Would come again when I feel to get another piercing!

The guy that works there is completely inappropriate and way out of line. He told my 8 year old daughter it was good to "say no to adults." He interrupted us getting her ears pierced and he wasnt even the one doing it, forcing us to goto the Huntington LI location. I cannot stress enough how inappropriate his behaviour is and how rude he was and other reviews of this location reflect his unprofessional actions.
Nurse Niki and the team at Boerum Hill are so kind, knowledgeable, and amazing! I specifically want to shout out Nurse Niki. I watched her expertly pierce the ears of twin babies. She was kind, patient and so loving towards them. She was then so patient and knowledgeable when working with my niece. She explained aftercare and all the apparati she was using to her.
