Office double booked appointment. Waited over an hour, after multiple patients were seen. I overheard a gentleman say I have a 910 with Dr Rowan (ENT). I also had a 910 with Doctor Rowan. I arrived at 830. The gentleman arrived at 905. He was taken back at 910. At 940, I asked what was going on, and was told he’s very behind there are still people in front of you. Dr. Rowan is the best ENT doctor. He has worked wonders on me and I highly recommend him. I miss going to him but 2 years ago I moved to NC.
