I have benefited from and appreciate Rowan's treatments. I have visited her twice so far and have already found an improved range of motion and reduced pain. I will continue going to her for treatments. I would recommend her and osteopathy as a gentle approach to healing. She is also a lovely person and I have enjoyed chatting with her during my treatments. I would recommend trying out an osteopathic treatment by Rowan if you are having issues with injuries, pain or range of motion.
Having a few spinal injuries from service, flare-ups of my spinal health are frequent and unpredictable in severity. This past holiday season, I ended up with a pain event that limited my mobility, accompanied by severe pain. Ms. Murray was accommodating and quick to respond to my situation; providing relief to my back and sciatic pain. I use multiple modalities to mitigate or treat my pain. After visiting Ms. Murray, Osteopathy will certainly be part of that treatment plan.
