Mary Rowen is a crazy woman that takes the elderly people's money and sticks them in nursing homes and assisted living against their will and doesn't get them medical attention when they need it and leaves them without a penny . I am going to contact the IRS to investigate what she does with the seniors money and property. She is given these people from the court in Detroit and is never checked on again unless the family does.
