Dr Echelberger is fantastic but the office staff is jaw droppingly incompetent. Getting prescription refills is like banging your head against a brick wall. I've given them the fax number a million times but they get it wrong every single time. It's not like they have the name and location of the pharmacy and access to the internet or anything. My God.
