Honestly incredibly disappointed with my experience. Long story short, i caught pneumonia and lost my job because this office would not produce a doctors note in time. I continuously followed up to receive false promises and delayed responses. Things were tough already, but my boss was not happy because I needed to be excused from an important event and this made it worse. Listen to the negative reviews and save yourself the trouble, don’t bother making an appointment here. The so-called “senior” receptionist is both incompetent and unprofessional. I drove 30 minutes to my scheduled appointment only to be told that she had run my information earlier this morning and decided I needed to reschedule due to insurance conflict. When I asked why she didn’t simply call me to reschedule, she said she has 130 patients to deal with and “didn’t have time.” I took time off work and drove across town for n... read more
I was able to schedule an appointment for a physical. When i got to the office , 20mins early like they requested; they had me sign documents and then the from desk person proceeded to ask what am i here for. I stated a physical, she then ask is there anything else you want to talk to the doctor about. I was very confused as we are in a waiting room and you are asking personal questions. I called ahead of time for an appointment I made because of being held up from a car accident (I did leave early enough to be on time if the accident didn't happen). I called saying I was running late but should still be on time and was told that I had until 10:55 or else I'd have to reschedule. I made it, parked my car, got my children out of their car seats and put the younger one into the stroller, and walked inside.
