Editing to add that in August 2025, a full FOUR YEARS LATER, I am still dealing with my issue that would have not become chronic if brainiac Dr. Sylvia Silberman didn't gaslight me into thinking I had a fungal issue. It was hives the whole time, they became systemic and now it is chronic. NEVER SEE A RESIDENT. DEMAND AN ATTENDING, do NOT let them have what are essentially still students experiment on you. I took off work for my appointment today, just to get all the way there & was told I had to change my pcp on my card. Was told by front desk that the change takes 24 hours & I had to reschedule, only to find out that the change takes place IMMEDIATELY! This was s big inconvenience for me smh & there was no options given to try to help me.

The new location and their staff are rude. Some of the old staff that work there are still very nice. But overall I’m considering a new PCP. I called to ask for directions to get to the new office. I was already at the new building but went through the front doors. When I called the office the young lady that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. She told me she couldn’t tell me how to get to the office from entering through the front of the building and then hung up on me. That’s completely unacceptable. The offic... read more

Dr. Sepede is the absolute best!! She is kind, compassionate, and most of all thorough and detail oriented. She is exactly what I want and need in a PCP. The staff are always prompt in answering messages, sending refills, sending referrals and obtaining prior auths. So glad we found them!
