I took off work for my appointment today, just to get all the way there & was told I had to change my pcp on my card. Was told by front desk that the change takes 24 hours & I had to reschedule, only to find out that the change takes place IMMEDIATELY! This was s big inconvenience for me smh & there was no options given to try to help me.

The new location and their staff are rude. Some of the old staff that work there are still very nice. But overall I’m considering a new PCP. I called to ask for directions to get to the new office. I was already at the new building but went through the front doors. When I called the office the young lady that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. She told me she couldn’t tell me how to get to the office from entering through the front of the building and then hung up on me. That’s completely unacceptable. The offic... read more

Dr. Sepede is the absolute best!! She is kind, compassionate, and most of all thorough and detail oriented. She is exactly what I want and need in a PCP. The staff are always prompt in answering messages, sending refills, sending referrals and obtaining prior auths. So glad we found them!

I was in need of a prescription refill on Medicine I have been taken for 5 years! I have been with out it for almost a week. I called several time to have a Doctor refill my prescription, keep in mind it's Blood pressure medication, so it's needed. I was told by the staff that I couldn't get a refill until I made my appointment 1st. I made the appointment, and they called in 5 days worth of a refill.
