Will be taking my voucher out of Rowan county as soon as I possibly can. Since Ms. Meadows has left there has been countless things being done by this department that has threatened my voucher.
Please Update your business hours. Fridays i have come as early as 8:30 am and in the afternoon, around 12:30 and the doors are always locked despite there, being cars here and when I call, I'm told that I'm calling after hours despite online showing that it is open from 8 AM to 4::30 PM Fridays. This is very misleading and frustrating . As I am trying to turn in important documentation.
I came in to report my loss of income and whoever the income manager is Kip is clueless. How am I supposed to pay the landlord with no job?
