Sarah is an absolute gem. She's a total professional, well informed and knowledgeable as well as highly-experienced in what she is doing. She approaches each session with care and attention and has a plan of action, which is holistic and calming. Her warm and kind nature also make the sessions much more wholesome. The acupuncture has helped with sleep and pain management, as well as soreness and stiffness in my muscles. I leave each session with a sense of energy and balance and a spring in my step.
I had the most fantastic million dollar facial with Sarah which included micro needling and a lovely facial. I left feeling like my skin was amazing and refreshed and it has been super glowy ever since!. Sarah made me feel at ease and was knowledgeable about the treatment and talked me through each step. I ordered some skincare products through her to continue the improvements. I’ve booked back in and looking forward to the next one.
Having going through a very scary health ordeal I visited Sarah for acupuncture. Sarah made me feel so at ease and comfortable in sharing intimate and personal details about myself and with a professional sympathetic approach to my specific situation she started treatment. I have been visiting Sarah now for more than 6 months and already feel a definite benefit in two different areas in my life. So pleased I have met this wonderful lady!
After 4 treatments, focusing on conserving my energy and coping with anxiety this Winter, I feel balanced and much more energetic than usual. I recommend Sarah and her professional, warm approach. She explains treatments well and provides a comfortable, calm space in which to share them.
Sarah had been amazing at helping me deal with my anxiety and fixations, it’s always a very relaxing experience and I feel very comfortable talking to her. It is also very interesting when she explains how the treatments work.
