STOLE OUR MONEY. Avoid. There are plenty of accommodations in the area. We booked a room for early November with a no cancellation policy. One week before our stay, we received an email canceling our stay. "We regret to inform you that the Row nyc won’t be able to accommodate your reservation due to unforeseen issues out of the hotel’s control." They tried to transfer our reservation to the Crown Plaza. We contacted the Crown all the way up to our stay and they could not find us in their system. Row canceled our reservation ... read more
Place was good before 2022, since then has been an intake for vagrants and homeless. They sold their sole and reputation. I won’t stay here again along with the Rosevelt Hotel.
