Row House is clean! But that's not the best part. JUAN and CHRISTIAN are very professional and provide a great experience! They (including JUSTIN) focus on customer satisfaction.
I took my first class, which by the way was free with Dylan, who is an excellent coach knowledgeable, supportive and professional. I felt very welcomed and supported. I live in Morristown so it’s kind of a haul to get to Montclair. i'm committed to doing HIIT with another studio that's closer to home, but I took the opportunity to try Rowhouse and I have to say that I was very pleased with the results. if you live in the area, why not give them a try? First class is free! thanks Dylan!
REPLY: I am writing here with my other google account because Google doesn’t not allow to reply to the owner’s reply. So what was replied is not true! I have a picture that I took of the front door at 5:46pm, Thursday 20. It was 20 degrees outside. Door was locked and all lights off. And you are telling me I am lying? I left and walked a block away to my car and called again for the second time and the employee told me I was at the wrong door (LIE). TERRIBLE customer service. I drove 35 minutes to this place on a snowing night to get there 15 minutes before the class started (as it was instructed) and the place was closed and all lights off. I called and no answer. I called again 5 minutes and they answered, I told the guy the placed was closed and he told me I was at the wrong door. What???? Theres only 1 main door. My first time at Row House Fitness located on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair. I'm home for the holidays so I signed up for a week. The boutique fitness center is in a great space and kept immaculating clean. I have only attended two sessions and I'm addicted!!! Juan, the instructor, is fabulous!!! He explains every sequence on the rowing machine and when you stand to use the weights for an intense 45 minute workout!!! Brian handles the front desk is is kind and professional !!!
