Row House Clearwater is definitely my happy place!!! As an injured middle-aged person, I really felt that my days of effective workouts were over, then I tried a class at Row House! Honestly, I was hooked right from the moment the music started... I was able to keep up at my ability / effort level, even though I had issues with my body, which includes a knee replacement, shoulder replacement and other injuries and surgeries.
