I saw a few ads and just finally decided to try it out. I met Coach Angel who encouraged me to come. I took my first class with Coach Mackenzie and absolute fell in love and got a membership. It’s a great full body workout but not too intense or it doesn’t have to be. Coach Blair and also and amazing coach and the welcome team are so friendly and were honestly the reason I joined.
Great coaches and crew! This is my new favorite place away from home. Beginner friendly and everyone is so encouraging and supportive. Facility is clean and classes are challenging. Highly recommend Rowhouse to everyone!
I haven't worked out in a while and I've loved that the classes accommodate any fitness level, the instructors are amazing and the facilities are top notch. The staff is welcoming, they call you by your name and it's a great plus that you get a nice cold towel at the end of every class. Will highly recommend!!
I love going to Row House! It’s always a great workout and the overall atmosphere there is super welcoming. Our achievements are celebrated which keeps us motivated to keep going and showing up for ourselves
