I’ve been rowing with RH Lincoln Park since 2019 and still love it. Excellent cardio and also weights and body weight options depending on the class. Jill & Abi are very motivating coaches with good playlists.
No exaggeration one of the best full body workouts of my life! Great instructors, fun studio - 1000/10 would recommend!!!
