I love Row House in Sunset Hills, MO. The coaches are amazing, the workouts are incredible and the results I've seen in myself during the past year -- higher energy, lower heart rate, better sleep, and weight loss -- are nothing short of astonishing. I'm so glad that I discovered how great rowing is. I'm 59, and could see myself continuing to row for many years to come!
I love coming here! The atmosphere is friendly, the instructors are helpful & kind, and the front desk workers always welcome you. I wasn’t a big fan of going to the gym and would always quit because I needed something more interactive, but I have been rowing here for over a year and I still love it! If you are considering coming to try it out, I absolutely recommend it!! <3 :)
When I started at Row House I was worried about being able to keep up. Guess what, nobody else cared if I was slow or off the beat. (Unlike zumba there was no chance that I would step on someone heels or miss a step.) I love the atmosphere! It is friendly and supportive! There are members in their 30's and a few of us are pushing 80. I've been going regularly for 4+ years now. PS one of our coaches is 18 and sooo cute.
Love it, I got 3 times a week, The instructions are very nice, they make it a fun place to be
