The weekly class schedule at the Oviedo location is very limited due to lack of local staff/trainers. I've actually arrived to a scheduled class and then told that the trainer did not show up as her drive in was too far and she would have been too late for class. They do not have a back up plan for no show trainers. Not worth the monthly fee as they can't seem to find a local, loyal committed staff to show up at all different times of the day throughout the week. Nicole is the best! Friendly, professional and with a zest for life VERY early in the am. Love her energy! Love rowing in the morning!
After getting into a car accident I had to cancel my membership due to back pain. I submitted a 30 day notice via email and text. 30 days later I was charged for the next month. I called in and spoke to someone who found my cancelation notice and advised that she would send a message to the manager for a refund and that it was urgent. That was 3 weeks ago. Nothing heard back. No call, email or refund. Very disappointed and would not recommend due to lack of customer service.
I love the challenges. Great teachers and amazing group classes
