This used to be a great gym. One of the best work outs I’ve ever done. Unfortunately the schedule is poor and has deteriorated since opening in 2020. Members pay near $150 per month and there have not been weekend classes offered in months. No updates or explanations provided to members. Owner nor corporate respond to member concerns. Sign up! This is the first time in my life I have stuck with an exercise routine (almost a year). It's because of the variety of the workouts and the fantastic instructors: Angel, Cat, Jasmine and Logan. 45 minutes or a 30 minute express get you a full body and cardio workout with no impact! The app keeps you going with goals and stat tracking. Easy to use. The benefits to my health were fantastic with improvements in cholesterol and other measures.
Love this place. The trainers are great and offer a great workout experience.
