Today was my first class and it was amazing! Very welcoming staff and the class was a nice way to get started. I look forward to joining this community.
Friendly and welcoming location for all levels of fitness. I am a blod clot survivor and I have a neuro muscular autoimmune disease. Rowing has been my life saver during difficult times and I can adjust the intensity depending on how I feel. Great coaches that are approachable and are willing to help with your fitness goals.
Shawn with the themed Taylor swift “life of a row girl” row was great! 10/10. Good for a beginner but also advanced enough to keep my heart rate going the entire class.
