Encouraging and supportive environment. I like the variety of classes offered. The coaches (especially Katie Grace and Helene) are truly exceptional!
I have been rowing since December 2020 and have never been strong like this in my life! I love the efficiency of rowing and how it's completely transformed my postpartum body. Coach Katie Grace is the GOAT and this place is just amazing. ☺
Row House is a great place to go exercise and socialize! I never dreamed I would be up for exercising at 6 AM. But I really enjoy the classes it’s challenging and the coaches are amazing!
I am not into fitness. I need to be working out regularly for my overall health and was in a search for a system that works for me. Enter- ROW HOUSE! I'm really grateful to of found this place. The coaches are wonderful, positive and encourage the crew to adapt any movement or exercise to your own needs or limitations.
