Avoid this place! The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly, training seasons are terrible and scheduling is a nightmare.
Great results! I joined 6 weeks ago and I am surprised by how much more powerful and toned I already feel. Each week I feel stronger and able to improve my rowing form. Honestly, I did not think I would enjoy simply rowing at multiple classes per week. However, everyone is so friendly and the classes are as challenging as you want them to be. There are many consistent attendees who make it their mission to make all feel welcome. The class time flies by.
High energy!! Great staff! Highly motivating!! I cannot think of a better way to get a full body workout !!! I DARE you to try it out and PROVE ME WRONG come try FREE CLASS WITH ME!!!!
Incredible workout for people of all ages and all levels of fitness. I only regret not signing up sooner.
