If I could give this company more stars I would! They took care of my pool in November with new plaster and new tile, then used them this July to recoat our pool area cool decking. The professionalism, communication efficiencies and work ethic, simply outstanding. The cost was competitive and worth every penny. Thank you R.O.W. Team!
El peor servicio al cliente que e tenido, son super informales te dicen que a una hora estan hay y resurta que no luego te dan otra hora y tampoco, que ahora al dia siguiente. No se los recomiendo si estan buscando alguna compañia seria mejor busquen en otro lado
these clowns resurfaced and tiled my pool in 2019, tile came out excellent but within 6 months it was full of cracks and calcium nodules. they tried to help with an acid wash and dropped off a diamond pad to remove calcium nodules then disappeared, stopped responding to emails. 3 nodules turned into 200 and here i am 5 years later getting the surface refinished. they didn’t bother stripping down the previous surface and didnt even bond it on top of that! image on right shows calcium noduled surface bonded on top of the previ... read more
Hired R.O.W. on my friend's recommendation plus their reviews and I am not disappointed! They replaced my ugly, popping-off tile with a beautiful new tile and it looks so awesome next to my turf! The finished product is lovely and every worker who helped was friendly, kind, and capable. Even though rainy weather caused a slow start, the work was done so quickly I didn't have to wait too long for my newly refinished pool. Would recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful upgrade.
