Front desk booked my appointment incorrectly and after driving 15 miles one way they said I didn’t have an appointment. The next time my appt was at 2:00 and they called and said this stylist was going be late. Since this didn’t work for me I would be out of luck and would need to make another appointment. This last stylist also did my color wrong and wasn’t interested in listening to what I wanted. Just what she wanted to do. I recently got a haircut at Row Beauty Salon and had a really great experience. I felt comfortable the entire time, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. My stylist was very gentle and professional, and they really took the time to understand what I wanted. I ended up loving my haircut—it turned out exactly how I pictured it.
